Every year the AHS OBC holds its Annual General Meeting, and hosts an Alumni Dinner to strengthen alumni networks to enable the AHS-OBC achieve its objectives. The alumni dinner attracts an average attendance of 250 Old Boys from across various generations, professional and vocational backgrounds.

The 2018 Annual General Meeting and Reunion Dinner will be held on Friday, 28th September 2018 at the Sarova Panafric in Nairobi.
